Our Clearwater Beach Rentals strive to offer guests and their pets a comfortable, relaxing stay. Pets are treated to the same great service as human guests and will surely enjoy this great Florida beach rental. Golden Coast Cottage will allow up to 2 pets with a maximum size of 50lbs per animal. The city of Indian Rocks Beach requires all dogs to be leashed. You will find a pet friendly beach in North Clearwater Beach. Please note a $150 pet fee applies.
Booking Procedures
To reserve the Golden Coast Cottage we will require a $1000 down payment which can be made by wire, credit card or e-check. We are not able to hold the home without a down payment, this down-payment is non-refundable and it goes towards the remaining balance. The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival. You may opt out of the property protection fee by mailing us a $1000 security deposit check which will be refunded 15 days after your check-out.

No, there is not enough gathering room to have events. We do have other properties that do allow weddings and special events. We do need to need to be notified before booking the home.

Yes with a 2.5% credit card fee or you may waive the fee and pay by e-check.

Do you offer daily maid service?
We do not offer daily maid service but we are able to arrange that for you with one of our cleaners for an extra cost.

Trash pick-up is Mondays and Thursdays. Recycling is on Wednesdays.
